I'm working on with websurvey on a CITRIX invirement.
The cookie does not work on this invirement.
My question is: how can I get the IP-adres from the user who has fill the survey ?
Or, is there other alternative ?

Thanks for any response

I believe there is a way in .NET to grab the IP of the user (I've done it before but can't remember off hand).

There is nothing built into WebSurvey to allow you to use IP instead of a cookie, but take a look at WebSurvey.cs -- in there you'll find that code that handle the cookie; it should be just a matter of changing that logic to work off of IP instead.
