Survey webform administration

description

Hello developer of websurvey control. This is really a nice control. When I first saw it I came up with the idea to use this as a webform.
It took me a while to accomplish since I had to rewrite several things. I added an extra feature that let us create new form and edit functionallity in the it.
I use the websurvey as a Webform that let users to create a form and send the information in it to a specific email adress. But it's easy to rewrite and use in your WebSurvey. There's just a few things that has to be rewritten.

The administration of the form:
Create new files (Add, edit , delete)
Add, delete, edit all components including the Seperator
Added a new class WsCalendar that let us pick a date in a standard .NET calendar popup.
Comments added in a FCKEditor that also let us upload images to the form
Add pages(groups with next image)
Add a final page.
Add a redirect filename (Where to go when the survey is done)

I would love to take a look at your control. This would definitively save me some time.

Changes in original form.xml file. There's a lot of changes in the form file. SEE attachement file (form_businessform.xml).

Init the websurvey as usual. Here's my settings in a module.
//ws = WebSurvey usercontrol
        ws.SurveyFile = _module.FormFile; // The form file for websurvey
        ws.AnswersFile = _module.DataFile; // The data file for websurvey
        //Mail settings
        ws.Subject = _module.Subject;
        ws.Email = _module.Email;
        ws.Smtp = _module.Smtp;
        ws.SmtpUser = _module.SmtpUser;
        ws.SmtpPasswd = _module.SmtpPasswd;
        ws.From = _module.From;
